We want you to love Veilo. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund on a Veilo subscription.
1. Free trial
All yearly plans (Pro and Pro Max) include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Cancel from your device's subscription settings (Apple ID or Google Play) any time during the trial.
2. How billing works
Veilo subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by Veilo directly. Because of this, refunds are issued by the platform you subscribed through.
3. Requesting a refund
App Store (iOS)
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in.
- Find your Veilo purchase and tap "Report a Problem".
- Apple typically responds within 24–48 hours.
Google Play (Android)
- Open play.google.com → Account → Order history.
- Find Veilo and tap "Request a refund".
- Google reviews requests automatically; most are answered within a few days.
4. When we recommend a refund
- You were charged after canceling.
- You were charged twice for the same subscription period.
- A bug prevents you from using a feature included in your plan and we cannot resolve it.

5. Non-refundable situations
- Change of mind after the 7-day trial has ended (subject to local consumer law).
- Partial months or unused time on a monthly plan.
- Losing access to your vault because you forgot your PIN and lost both recovery phrase and recovery email — by design, we cannot recover encrypted content.
6. Canceling a subscription
Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund. After canceling, you keep your plan benefits until the end of the current billing period, then return to the Free plan.
- iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Veilo → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Veilo → Cancel.
7. Local consumer rights
If you live in a jurisdiction with stronger consumer protection (for example, EU/EEA, UK, or certain US states), nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
