Delete Your Veilo Account

Veilo respects your privacy. You may request deletion of your Veilo account and associated personal data at any time. You can submit a request using the form below. You may also delete your account directly from the Veilo mobile app by opening Settings > Account > Delete Account.

What will be deleted?

After your request is verified, Veilo will delete the following data associated with the account, when applicable:

  • User account and profile information
  • Email address and authentication records
  • Account preferences and settings
  • Cloud-stored data associated with the Veilo account, if any
  • Cloud-stored media, metadata, and backups associated with the account, if any
  • Support request information that is not required for legal or security purposes

What may be retained temporarily?

Some limited records may be retained when required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or security purposes. Any retained records will be restricted to the minimum required information and deleted when the applicable retention period expires. Subscription and transaction records processed by third-party payment platforms may also be subject to their own legal retention requirements.

Processing period

Verified account-deletion requests are processed as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 30 days after verification, unless a longer retention period is legally required for specific records.

Submit a deletion request

For your security, never share your password, PIN, recovery phrase, or payment-card details. Veilo will never ask for these to process a deletion request.
